The short version
This site has no login, no checkout, no newsletter, and no contact form that stores submissions. It runs anonymous page-view analytics, and it attaches an affiliate tag to outbound links so the supplier can tell the referral came from here. That's it.
What we collect
- • Aggregate page-view counts (Vercel Analytics)
- • Referring URL (whichever site linked here)
- • Browser + OS family (for layout bug triage)
- • Click events on outbound affiliate links
What we don't
- • Your name, email, or phone — we don't ask
- • Payment or billing info — we don't take payments
- • IP address beyond the rough geo region
- • Cross-site ad profiles or retargeting pixels
Cookies, honestly
Three categories of cookie may be set from a page on this site:
- Session — a first-party cookie that remembers if you've dismissed a banner. Not shared with anyone.
- Analytics — Vercel Analytics sets a first-party identifier to de-duplicate page views for the same session. No personal data.
- Affiliate referral — when you click an outbound link to the supplier, the supplier's domain sets its own cookie to attribute the eventual purchase. That cookie is set on the supplier's site, not ours, and is governed by their privacy policy.
All three can be blocked with any standard browser privacy setting. The site will continue to work; only the analytics de-duplication and the affiliate attribution are affected.
The one third party we use
Vercel Analytics handles page-view counts. It is a privacy-first analytics product: no persistent tracking across sites, no advertising profile, no fingerprinting. Data is aggregated and retained by Vercel per their own policy. We do not run Google Analytics, we do not run Meta Pixel, we do not run any ad-network tag.
If you don't want page-view counts at all, blocking third-party scripts in your browser or using a content blocker stops the analytics call entirely, and the rest of the site continues to render normally.
Data-subject requests
Because this site collects no personal information directly — no accounts, no form submissions — the usual GDPR/CCPA data-subject rights don't have much to operate on. We can't "delete your data" because we don't have any data of yours in the first place; we can only confirm that fact.
If you want the analytics pageview counts purged from Vercel for your session, reach out to Vercel directly — they own that data, we just read aggregated charts off it. For the affiliate cookie, clearing your browser cookies after visiting the supplier's domain removes it.
Children
Not directed at anyone under 18. The compounds discussed here are research chemicals; the site operates on the assumption its readers are adults researching peptide chemistry.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Effective" date at the top updates and the old text is preserved in the git history of the repository that builds this site.
