Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard US orders ship within 1 business day of order confirmation via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with full tracking. Most addresses receive their order in 2–5 business days from the day the label prints. Orders of $200 or more ship free; orders under $200 are charged a flat domestic rate calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day generally ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

International shipping

We ship internationally to most countries via tracked international courier. Transit times vary by destination — typical windows are 7–14 business days for Western Europe, Canada, and Australia, and 10–21 business days for other regions. International rates and any restricted destinations are shown at checkout.

Customs and duties. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Any customs delays are also outside our control. We do not refund orders held by customs or returned to us by customs authorities.

Packaging and discretion

Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no product names, no logos, no indication of contents on the exterior. Lyophilized vials are individually packed, padded, and shipped without additional cold-chain materials (lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of standard transit; refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the storage instructions).

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the shipping label prints. If you don't see the email within 1 business day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email hello@peptidesgetonline.com with your order number.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and (for damage) photos of the box and contents. We'll open a carrier claim and ship a replacement once the loss or damage is confirmed. See our Return Policy for the full claim process and time windows.
