Return Policy

The short version
Damaged, defective, wrong-item, and lost-in-transit shipments are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 7 days of delivery. Because all products on this site are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for return, and we do not accept buyer-remorse returns.

- → Missing items from a multi-item order
- → Tracking confirmed lost in transit
- → Visibly damaged sealed packaging
- → Opened, broken-seal vials
- → Reconstituted product
- → Buyer's-remorse / changed your mind
- → Claims made after the 7-day window
- → Orders held or returned by customs
Why opened vials can't be returned
Lyophilized research peptides are temperature-sensitive and lose stability rapidly once a vial is opened or reconstituted. Once the seal is broken, we have no way to verify how the product was stored, handled, or whether it remains chemically intact — so we can't resell it and can't certify it as research-grade. This is industry-standard practice for research chemicals and exists to protect every other researcher who orders from us.
How to start a claim
- Email hello@peptidesgetonline.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number from the confirmation email.
- For damage / wrong-item / missing-item claims, attach clear photos of the box, the shipping label, and the product itself.
- For lost-in-transit claims, include the tracking number and the last-known carrier scan.
We respond to claims within 1 business day. Approved claims are resolved with either a replacement shipment (free of charge) or a refund to the original payment method, at your preference. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refused, undeliverable, and customs-returned shipments
Orders that are refused at delivery, returned by the carrier as undeliverable due to incorrect address, or returned by customs are eligible for refund of the product cost only — original shipping is not refunded, and a return-shipping fee may be deducted. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing an order.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled until the shipping label prints (typically within a few hours of order placement on business days). Once the label has printed, we cannot intercept the package — you'll need to wait for delivery and then file an unwanted-shipment claim, which is treated as buyer-remorse and is not eligible for refund.
