Angiogenesis and Actin Regulation in One Vial

This vial carries 10mg of BPC-157 (CAS 137525-51-0) and 10mg of TB-500 alongside it, 20mg total, and the two are combined because they act on tissue repair from opposite ends of the process. BPC-157 is a 15-residue sequence derived from a protein found in human gastric juice, and its best-characterised action is angiogenic: it upregulates VEGFR2 and drives the FAK-paxillin pathway that governs endothelial cell migration, alongside nitric oxide signalling that affects local blood flow. New blood vessels are what make a repair site metabolically viable. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, and its mechanism is cytoskeletal — it sequesters G-actin monomers, regulating the pool available for polymerisation into the filaments cells need to change shape and migrate. Angiogenesis supplies the site; actin regulation lets cells move into it. The two do not compete for a receptor or a pathway, which is the rationale for a combined vial. Note that BPC-157 alone is also stocked in this catalog as a separate 10mg listing if you want to control the ratio yourself.
